Ever since I was a kid I was fascinated by watches. My dad had several and they all looked different. I would study each watch and marvel at how small the mechanics inside must have been and how all the small pieces worked together to produce the correct time.  Then digital watches became the latest craze and I was enamored with them as well.  

Over the years I’ve owned many different watches with different styles from sports to casual to luxury. Each watch had its own purpose and as new watches came out, one would catch my eye and I would have to get it.  Then smart watches came out and I had to have one of those too. I also got some great watches as gifts with my favorite being gifted to me just recently.

So what made me decide to open an online watch store? Well I had reached a point in my life where the opportunity to do something different presented itself. I actually had wanted to start an online store years ago when the internet was still fairly new but the time wasn’t quite right. I was still early in my career as a software developer and couldn’t invest the time needed to create a store and make it successful. Fast forward 30 years and we end up here, a point in my life where I do have the time and the desire to give it a go.

I wanted to start an online store but I wanted to sell products that I liked and used myself. Creating a watch store was an obvious choice. The types and styles of watches available today seem endless, and I know that finding watches to sell would be something that would keep me interested for a long time.
